The initial brand identity of the fast developing venture capital and investment platform Ether Capital appeared suddenly inadequate and needed to convey better credibility now and into the future. After several days of interviewing from top leadership to high/mid-management, PLTFRM delivered a complete verbal/visual strategic solution, including a unique and bold looking Visual Identity, a compelling core belief supported by a branded training aimed at articulating Ether's culture.
Victim of its success, Ether Capital had grown too quickly in terms of clients and employees. Quality started to suffer under the diktat of quantity. Ether Capital needed a strategy to bring its ‘dealmakers’ team and its ‘IT’ team together and re-focus on excellence.
PLTFRM provided, not only a complete system of brand values and principles helping develop a sustainable and strong internal culture but also designed a ‘branded training’ incorporated in the existing competitive on-boarding process.
Visual Identity System
To facilitate execution and implementation of the strategy, PLTFRM created a highly consistent visual identity system, bringing together the entire office environment into the single yellow banner of Ether Capital.
This congruence between the visual and the verbal was key to bring all the Ether Capital’s teams together and look after every details to raise quality standard in services no matter how much growth the company experience.
