Colormad integrates advanced technology into beauty products. The brand combines nanoparticle formulation with colour technology to create a brilliant nail polish that allows the nail to breathe.
After thorough qualitative research, we clarified the product architecture and repositioned the brand before managing the Tmall store sales since 2017.
Research and Strategy
We initiated an ideation workshop to reposition the brand. We refined value propositions and expanded marketing plans based on direct consumer feedback.
We designed the brand’s visual identity and new logo to refine Colormad’s premium position. To facilitate sales, we clarified the offering by naming product lines in reference to supporting technology.
We created a simple website interface to ensure brand trust and facilitate online registration.
To further solidify the brand’s visual identity, we curated and styled product photo shoots according to the new product mapping.
We activated sales with integrated promotions featuring both in-store and out-store KOL livestream.
We designed and managed the brand’s Tmall store in line with the new brand identity to ensure a smooth customer journey.
